Omg this blogilates squat challenge kills my quads omfgggg THE BURN IT HURTS SO GOOD I should start that resolution to lose some weight….yeah let’s start that.
Recovery week went really well and I enjoyed the videos (: I spent my rest day doing homework because school is tomorrow. Not sure if I’m gonna be consistently doing Insanity..since school is crazy. But I’ll do it when I find the time :D
Cardio Circuit was fun yesterday. I was really irritated so I put all my energy into it. AHAHAHA I’m glad I had my rest day today. It’s been a looooong day. But Friday’s gonna be longer. Ready for Recovery Week! :DD
CR was good yesterday, but I felt like I wasn’t working out at all LOL. Or maybe I was working hard enough xP But today was the last day of pure cardio, which I’ll miss because I don’t need to repeat sets of movements .___. *sigh*
I don’t even feel like I worked out today, but it felt shorter than usual too :3 Good day! (:
Decided to change my exercise spot for the day and moved upstairs. It’s not as great as doing it downstairs though. Not much open space and I felt so cramped .___. My foot is still hurting from a few days ago so I’m still moving slower through the videos. Overall it was good though (: Cardio Recovery tomorrow! Yay!
That rest day didn’t really help my foot get better. So I half-limped through today’s workout. There’s only one more pure cardio workout left :(. I only like this one because I don’t have to repeat some set of moves. *sigh*
Glad I had a rest day to let whatever happened in my foot get better. :3 Week 3 is done!
Forgot to update again. I was hella exhausted yesterday and barely made it out of that workout alive. Must have slept too long. I did something weird to a tendon in my leg and limped through half the video. Thank goodness tomorrow it’s rest day tomorrow. Felt super motivated today (:
So I couldn’t do cardio recovery yesterday, so I just pushed it to today. It was fine :3 Today my aunt noticed that I looked slimmer, which made me feel a whole lot better (:
Started working out at like 9pm because I wanted to watch the opening ceremony for the Olympics. Not my best idea. Really tired and could barely do the second video *sigh* Have to workout earlier tomorrow since I can’t tomorrow night. :/ Onward to day 18!
Went well :3 When I weigh myself I feel like I’m gaining weight rather than losing it. Kind of weird. I haven’t been eating any more than I usually do. Gonna assume it’s because of me gaining muscle and not losing enough fat yet. Yippee :)
Fit test again today! Here are my numbers with improvement difference :3 Switch Kicks - 123 (+18) Power jacks - 52 (+2) Power Knees - 92 (+29) Power Jumps - 26 (+5) Globe Jumps - 8 (+1) Suicide Jumps -17 (+13) Push Up Jacks - 20 (+8) Low Plank Obliques - 36 (+12) Hooray for significant improvements. :D |
